Subscription Terms

Subscription Overview

Joy offers premium features through a subscription plan. By subscribing, you gain access to exclusive content and advanced functionalities. Your subscription will be billed automatically according to the selected plan.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) through your chosen payment method.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app store’s subscription settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

4.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if a subscription is purchased before the trial period ends.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify the subscription terms, pricing, or features at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Continued use of the subscription after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
