Can I use my Premium version on different devices?

Yes, you can use your subscription simultaneously on multiple devices, regardless of whether they're iOS or Android.

Are subscriptions automatically renewed?

All subscriptions are automatically renewed to avoid service interruptions. You can manage your subscriptions and deactivate automatic renewal in the iTunes settings (iOS) or Play Store settings (Android).

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in the app settings under Manage Subscription. Another option is to cancel the subscription through iTunes (iOS) or the Play Store (Android).

I purchased my subscription through Google Play and want a refund. What can I do?

If you want to cancel your subscription, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. Please send a copy of your purchase receipt to our support team

I purchased my subscription through the App Store and want a refund. What can I do?

Payments processed through iTunes can only be approved and refunded by Apple. To receive a refund from Apple, you must contact iTunes support within 14 days of the purchase date.

Is it possible to change the language used in the app?

iOS:
You can change the language of the app directly through your iPhone settings. To do this, open your settings, swipe down to display the search bar, and then enter Human Design. Click on it and then select Preferred Language. Choose your preferred language.
Android:
The application automatically uses your preferred language that you've configured in your device settings. If the application doesn't support any of these languages, English will be used automatically.

Can I use the Human Design App anonymously?

Yes, but not all features are supported. We recommend creating a user account so that you can restore your data when changing devices.

I bought the Premium version, but it wasn't unlocked?
