How do Free, Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime differ?
Free includes 3 Ask Joy questions per week, basic chart insights and one composite chapter. Monthly and Yearly Joy Plus include Premium features and 30 daily questions. Lifetime gives permanent Premium access with 10 daily questions and is a one-time purchase.
What happens when my included questions run out?
Free questions reset on Monday; paid plans reset daily. Or use credits. One credit is one extra question. Credits never expire; included questions are used first.
Does my purchase also work in the app?
Yes. Use the same Joy account on web, iOS and Android. Access, credits and conversation history belong to your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your Joy account shows your payment provider. Cancel web subscriptions there through Lemon Squeezy. App subscriptions are managed with Apple or Google. Paid access lasts until the end of the period. Lifetime and credits do not renew.
I already subscribe. Do I need to buy again here?
Your existing access also works on the web. Sign in with the same account. You can buy extra credits separately. Manage an existing plan with its original payment provider.
My purchase has not unlocked yet. What should I do?
Wait for the confirmed assignment to your account and check the purchase confirmation again. Do not buy twice. If access does not arrive, contact Joy support with your receipt.
