Terms and Conditions for personalized Human Design books

Offlinefirst, LTD · Areos 5, 8570 Peyia, Cyprus

1.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions for Print Products (hereinafter “Print Product Terms”) apply to all orders of personalized Human Design books via the website joy.so (hereinafter “Platform”), operated by Offlinefirst, LTD, Areos 5, 8570 Peyia, Cyprus (hereinafter “Provider”).

These Print Product Terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions of the App. In case of conflict, the provisions of these Print Product Terms shall prevail for orders of personalized print products.

2.

Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized goods

In accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the corresponding national implementations, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Since each Human Design book is individually created based on your personal birth data, your chart, and your chosen configuration (style, dedication, print package), it constitutes personalized goods within the meaning of this provision. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have been informed about the exclusion of the right of withdrawal and expressly agree to it.

3.

Delivery Conditions

Production time
After receipt of payment, your personalized book will be produced within 5–10 business days. You will be notified of the production status by email.

After completion, shipping will commence. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany, Austria, Switzerland: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe (EU): 5–12 business days
  • International delivery: 7–21 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the print service provider’s capacity and shipping route.

Transfer of risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes upon delivery to the customer. For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the carrier or other person or institution designated to execute the shipment.

Shipping destinations
Shipping is available to all EU member states, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and selected international countries. Availability is displayed during the ordering process. Any customs duties and import charges for deliveries outside the EU are borne by the buyer.

4.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In the case of material defects (e.g., printing errors, damaged pages, defective binding), you are entitled to remediation in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Please report visible defects within 14 days of receiving the goods, including photos, to support@getjoy.app. We will review the defect and, if applicable, provide a free replacement.

Content discrepancies resulting from the birth data you entered do not constitute a material defect. Please carefully review your entries before placing your order.

5.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until the purchase price has been paid in full. Until the transfer of ownership, the goods may not be pledged to third parties or assigned as security.

6.

Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on the Platform are final prices. In accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG) or the corresponding Cypriot provisions, VAT is not separately shown or charged, provided the legal requirements are met.

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated during the ordering process. Any customs duties and import charges for deliveries outside the EU are to be borne by the buyer.

7.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR Platform)
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Our email address can be found in the imprint and in these Terms.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Data Protection Notice – Disclosure to Print Service Providers
