Please read the agreement carefully. By creating an account with us or accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you are bound by and accept the conditions of this agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

We may modify this agreement at our discretion. We will notify you via the app or by presenting you with a new version of this agreement for acceptance when we make changes that substantially alter your rights.

By continuing to use the app after the effective date of an updated version of the agreement, you confirm that you accept the modified agreement.

The app provides information based on the Human Design System. This information is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

The app does not diagnose, treat, or cure any health or psychological conditions. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by qualified healthcare professionals. If you have health or psychological concerns, please consult a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.

The use of the app and its content is at your own risk. We assume no liability for decisions or actions taken based on the provided information.

To use the app, an account may be required. You may be asked to provide personal data such as your name, place of birth, date of birth, time of birth, email address, and a password. This data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Any content you enter into the app is subject to the Offlinefirst privacy policy. In case of conflicts between this agreement and the privacy policy, these terms shall prevail.

If you submit questions or answers, you are solely responsible for their content, the consequences of their publication, and your reliance on communications in public areas. The company assumes no liability for the consequences of such communications. If you feel threatened or believe someone is in danger, please contact law enforcement authorities. In case of a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services.

By using the app, you agree not to use it for prohibited purposes. You are responsible for all activities related to the app and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. A material breach of this agreement occurs if you engage in any of the following activities. You agree that you will NOT:

a. Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the app;

b. Alter, modify, decompile, or disassemble the app;

c. Copy, adapt, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the app without written permission from the company;

d. Allow others to use the app, including sharing it over a network connection, except as permitted by this agreement;

e. Circumvent or disable any technical protection measures of the app;

f. Use the app with devices, programs, or services designed to circumvent rights management protections, particularly those governing copyrighted works;

g. Use the app to collect data for competing products or services;

h. Use your account for commercial advertising, chain letters, spam, or repeated messaging to others;

i. Use your account for illegal activities;

j. Upload or transmit content that infringes on the rights of third parties;

k. Upload media containing hate speech, abuse, offensive images or content, obscenity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content that violates laws or conflicts with this agreement or the company's privacy policy;

l. Upload files containing viruses or malicious software that could disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of software or the app.

Any violation of these usage policies will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the app.

The age rating shown in the relevant app store applies to the app and may vary by country and operating system. Joy Connect is available only to people aged 18 or older. Age is calculated from the birth date saved to the account; Joy Connect is unavailable if age is unknown or below 18. The Cheeky and After Midnight question-card decks are available only when both participants are at least 18. These additional feature restrictions apply independently of the general store age rating. We take the protection of children's privacy very seriously.

- If you are under 16 and live in the EU (or under 13 in other regions), you may need parental or guardian consent to use certain features of the app.

- We do not collect personal data from children without parental or guardian consent.

- If we become aware that personal data from children has been collected without the required consent, we will delete it immediately.

The software that supports the app may be subject to U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), administered by the Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the Treasury Department, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), administered by the State Department. You represent and warrant that you (1) do not live in a country or region that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, and (2) are not a member of any of the prohibited groups specified in the regulations listed above.

You agree to comply with all U.S. and foreign export laws and regulations to ensure that neither the app nor any associated technical data or direct product thereof is exported or re-exported directly or indirectly in violation of, or used for any purposes prohibited by, such laws and regulations.

The app cannot and does not promise health-related improvements or results. The use of the app and any information, predictions, or suggestions provided within the app is at your own risk. We offer no representation or warranty of any kind about the accuracy of the data, information, assessments, or predictions we provide through the app. You agree and understand that the app is not intended to conform to or serve the same purpose as medical or scientific advice or a medical or scientific device.

The use of this app by minors is the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. If you are below the minimum age required in your country to independently consent to data processing, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We assume no liability for the use of the app by minors without the required consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app and ensuring that it is appropriate.

If we become aware that personal data from minors has been collected without the necessary consent, we reserve the right to delete such data and restrict access to the app.

Joy Plus Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions with 30 Ask Joy questions per day. Joy Lifetime is a one-time purchase for permanent Premium access with 10 questions per day. Joy Credits are extra questions and do not unlock Premium. The Free plan includes 3 weekly questions, basic chart insights and one composite chapter.

The price, currency, applicable taxes and period are shown at checkout before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically according to your chosen plan. Lifetime and credits are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Web purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy; app purchases through Apple or Google.

Cancel your subscription with the payment provider where you bought it. Your Joy account shows the relevant route to Lemon Squeezy, Apple or Google. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; paid access lasts until the end of the period. Refund requests are handled by the respective payment provider. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person gains access to your app passwords and your app account. It is solely your responsibility to (1) control the distribution and use of the login name, username, and passwords; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your app account and password; (3) promptly contact the company if you believe your account or password has been compromised, or there is another reason why you want to deactivate your password. You grant the company and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of this app the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the app. The company assumes no responsibility or liability for any information you provide or for your use or misuse of information or the use or misuse of information by third parties that was transmitted or received when using the app.

You use the services at your own risk. Offlinefirst is not liable and assumes no warranty for loss of use, errors, or omissions regarding information, software, or other documents, including user material, that is referenced or linked.

The app is operated and controlled from various locations and the company makes no representation that the app is suitable for use at all locations. The app or certain features may not be available at your location, this may vary depending on location. Under no circumstances shall the company, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or compensation. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, the cumulative liability of Offlinefirst for direct damages is limited to the lesser of the following amounts: Either the contributions paid by the user or the contributions paid by the user in the last calendar year or one hundred dollars $100.

The app may provide you access to links to websites, apps, and other products and services of third parties. Offlinefirst does not control third-party services and therefore assumes no liability in any connection with third-party services. You must take the appropriate steps yourself to determine whether access to third-party services is appropriate. To protect your personal information and your privacy when using third-party services and agreeing to agreements, you must take necessary steps yourself.

We always appreciate feedback on our app. Unless otherwise stated, any communications you send us or publish in app stores are considered transmitted on a non-confidential basis. You agree that we may publish such content at our discretion. You agree to authorize us to use such content free of charge and to make contextual revisions, modifications, adaptations, and changes or make other changes we deem appropriate.

We are not obligated to monitor access to or use of the app. However, we reserve the right to do so for the purpose of operating and maintaining the app, ensuring compliance with this agreement, and complying with applicable legal requirements. We may report illegal actions to law enforcement authorities and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in a valid legal process to prosecute users who break the law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove content posted in the app or disable access to the app if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your content or your use of the app is inadmissible or violates this agreement.

The company bears no liability or responsibility towards users of the app or other persons or legal entities for the implementation or non-implementation of the activities described above.

We may change, expand, and improve the app without notice. We may discontinue the operation of a part or the entire app at any time or selectively disable certain features of the app. The use of the app does not grant you the right to the ongoing provision and availability of the app. Any modification or deletion of the app or certain features will be carried out at our own and absolute discretion and without further obligations or liabilities to you.

You agree to protect, exclude, and hold harmless the company, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, actions and demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and consulting costs, resulting from or allegedly resulting from a violation of this agreement.

If you believe that materials accessible on or through the app violate your copyrights, you can request removal of these materials from the app by contacting Offlinefirst and providing the following information:

Send us an accurate description of the copyrighted work you believe to be infringed and an accurate description of where it can be found in the app.

Also send us a statement that the information you have sent us is correct and that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright under penalty of perjury. We require a signature or the electronic equivalent of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

To protect the rights of copyright owners, the company has a policy to exclude subscribers and account holders from the site under appropriate circumstances who repeatedly violate the law.

For users who download the app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies.

If there are any conflicts between this EULA and our Terms of Use, the Apple EULA shall take precedence for iOS users regarding the use of the app on Apple devices.
